Week 2

Ok, last week was GREAT!! I went from 130lbs to 124.6, and am feeling purdy good. :) Saturday was my long run day, and I wanted to go weigh in at WW so I ran up there...literally. :) OK, ok, so I didnt smell or look great as I stepped on the scale, but I sure felt great! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I had my water and my tunes, and before long I was crossing the overpass. It took me an hour to run almost 7 miles. I think pushing it on the treadmills this winter has really helped my speed. This week I plan on incorporating stairs on my off days as well as weights.

I am SO pumped up to do this. After Saturday, I started to get less nervous and more excited about running so far. It promises to be the event of a lifetime.

Change in destination!

OK! We are not going to Rexburg for this years marathon due to the fact that it only has 20 people running it! SO! We are going to go to SLC instead. It's a fairly large and well known marathon and i will be able to visit family as well. I am SOOOO excited!!!!
Welp, back to training!!
